Instructions on how to order, pay etc.

Decide if large 8" square sponge cake size okay - if not contact us for quote

Decide on cake and filling flavour

Decide on ribbon colour

Decide on wording and cake edge border colour

Decide whether you want the optional extra of candles and holders

Decide on your wording (max. 40 letters, including spaces)

 

Decide on the image - max. size A4

If it is from our gallery quote the reference number

If it is your own image either e-mail it as a jpeg file to
info@photo-cakes.co.uk, adding your name address to the e-mail.
OR post it to
The Fairgreen Company, 55 Denmark Street, Diss, Norfolk, IP22 4BE.
Remember to protect your photo between card.
We will return your image to you.
Remember to put your name and address on a separate slip of paper and include it with the photo/image. Do not write it on the back of the photo/image as it could damage your picture.
Remember the better, sharper image you send, the better it will look on your cake, but we cannot guarantee picture colours.

 

State the delivery date required - allow 10 working days minimum from receipt of your order plus a further 5 working days if you are posting the image to us.

Remember to send your payment - it needs to be cleared before despatch of cake

The cake will have to be signed for on delivery. Please examine your cake on arrival, damage to your cake must be notified to us within 30 minutes of the signed receipt time for a replacement to be sent, in doing this we will try to meet your celebration time.
