Terms and Conditions

All goods are supplied on a cash with order basis.

All deliveries must be signed for as in perfect condition and any claims notified to us and the carrier etc., at the time of delivery.

All of our cakes are made in environmental health inspected premises. The cakes may contain traces of nuts as other cakes are made with them.

Production will start only when we have the image and cleared payment.

Completion of our order form will be deemed to be an instruction for us to proceed and use these details in our production.

Copyright... When you send us an image in whatever form, you are confirming your right to use the image and that you are giving us an instruction to print the image and incorporate it into a product. We will not accept responsibility for using the image if you are shown not to be the copyright holder or do not have their permission. You automatically have the copyright to any photograph you take or drawing you create. Although certain exceptions may apply. If in doubt, ask.

We reserve the right to change prices and specifications as conditions regarding raw materials and production costs require. VAT is included in the price where applicable.

We reserve the right to photograph and publicise any work produced or sold by ourselves unless specifically instructed not to do so.

All quotations for special orders are valid for 30 days after which time the customer is responsible for checking the current price of any work. If customers designs, specifications, illustrations, photographs, samples, etc., are lost or damaged while in our possession only the material value of the paper, CD, disc, negative, transparancy, etc., on which the image has been created, will be refunded.

All enquirers and customers will be added to our database and if you tick the permission box, you may be sent details of new products and developments from time to time .

Full details of delivery, colours, printing, making, copyright, originals, and any other specific points are to be found in various parts of our website.

We are not responsible for delays in the delivery system.

Please examine your cake on arrival, damage to your cake must be notified to us within 30 minutes of the signed receipt time for a replacement to be sent, in doing this we will try to meet your celebration time. We will replace any item found to be defective at the time of delivery. We are unable to accept returns for any reason, other than stated above. This does not affect your statutory rights.
